MIT is shorthand for mitragynine, the main alkaloid found in kratom responsible for its desired effects. 7OH (7-hydroxymitragynine) is a much stronger alkaloid also found in kratom but in trace amounts. We do not sell 7OH products. Uplift gummies and shots are <0.02% 7OH.
