Returns and Refunds

Please read this Return Policy carefully. To help ensure that customers don’t receive tampered products, we only accept returns in limited circumstances. These circumstances are when (i) the wrong item is shipped; (ii) the shipped item does not match the website description; or (iii) the purchased item is damaged  or defective, unless such damage or defect is
 caused by shipping carrier, customer, or other third party.

If you received the wrong item or the item received does not otherwise match the description on our website, then you 
 may return the unopened and undamaged items in new, saleable condition within 30 days of the date of purchase. Upon receipt and physical verification of returned items, we will either refund or exchange the product at customer’s election.

Wrong products or those with inaccurate descriptions must be sent back to us at customer’s expense. Refunds will be for 100% of the purchase price, less original shipping and handling. However, if exchanging, we will credit customer’s return shipping cost (as a partial refund) and pay for cost to ship replacement item.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please take photos or videos and contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving package. Please fully document your experience and take photos showing the full extent of the damage, including any damaged packaging, etc. You may or may not need to be sent back on a case-by-case basis. At your election, we will replace or refund your purchase upon receiving your return. If you elect to a receive a refund, then return shipping and handling will be at your expense. If you elect to receive an exchange, then we will credit your return shipping (as a partial refund) and also pay for the shipping and handling of your replacement product.

PLEASE NOTE: Our Return Policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the
 purchased product.

Additionally, in rare circumstances, we may evaluate a customer’s account and purchase/return history and refuse a
 request for a return or refund and/or prevent customer from placing future orders.

Process For Eligible Items

To receive your refund or exchange, please follow the steps below:

Request your Return Authorization Number by emailing [email protected] with a detailed reason for return and
pictures or a video of the product that describes your issue. Upon approval, you will receive the Return Authorization # and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return.

To ensure your refund, please use a trackable mail service. We will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. We will be responsible for the shipping costs if it is a product defect. If it is not a product defect, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In instances in which you are responsible for shipping costs and are to receive a refund, we will subtract the shipping costs from the refund. Please make sure you send the item back as a gift, as we don’t cover custom fees for returns).

Upon receipt of your package, we will examine your products and issue a full refund to your original payment method if
such product is in unopened, new and saleable condition. When you receive a refund, we will email a receipt to the email address you used when making your original purchase.

No refund will be given if an item is past 30 days from the original purchase date, not in its original condition, is damaged
or missing parts for reasons we were not responsible for. 

Timings

Refunds take 3-5 business days to process. If you haven’t received a refund, please make sure five business days have passed and recheck your bank account. Please get in touch with your credit or debit card company if you still have not received your refund within five business days. There is often some processing time before your refund will officially post.

Sales, Discount And Promotional Items Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be returned for a refund, partial or otherwise.
Cancellations You may contact us to attempt canceling an order that has not yet shipped. We will exercise best efforts but cannot guarantee that an order will be canceled before processed by the fulfillment center. Once an order has been processed by the fulfillment center, it cannot be canceled.
