    In the reply, xxxx stands for the product code. UPGU2, 2UPGU, UPGU 2 and 2 UPGU all do the same thing. Case does not matter. Typing the number against the code with no space — UPGU2 — also stops a phone keyboard trying to autocorrect the code.
